Shipping Policy

We ship to Australia. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing partner. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery to Australia takes 8 to 17 days after dispatch.

Delays

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email support@marlope.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, email support@marlope.com and we will work out a resolution with you.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
